Dongguan Raytek Blister Packaging Co., Ltd. Founded in 2003, located in Liaobu Town, Dongguan City, covering 330000ft². With over 22years of thermoforming expertise and advanced automated equipment, we are a full-industry-chain manufacturer integrating raw material extrusion, R&D, mold making, blister forming and sales, focusing on food, industrial and medical packaging. Aligning with global plastic ban and eco-degradation trends, we launch our own brand Chalice for food packaging containers.

Our materials include PET, OPS, PP (multi-color, high-transparency, anti-fog),  EVOH high-barrier materials, and eco-degradable options (BBM bamboo powder, corn starch, bagasse) as well as antibacterial materials. Main products: takeaway containers, fresh food trays, salad bowls, fruit containers, frozen food containers, bakery containers. Customized solutions are available for clients worldwide.

Equipped with a Class 100000 cleanroom and 20 fully automated production lines, our annual capacity reaches 30,000 tons. Certified by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, China QS, BRC, BSCI and US FDA, we have long served supermarkets, catering brands and fruit & vegetable brands bases in the USA, Germany, Canada, Australia, etc.
